really bad
we never actually met the landlady that was on the contract but the people attached to the landlord were not good - she was called mrs m hussain
one time they shouted at my housemates before their exam because he was angry that the washing machine was broken (not their fault and he also gave no notice)
never gave us proper warning before coming into the house and sometimes just let themselves in
